The ladies in the office is very professional and so know to have beautiful attitudes. Always checking to see if you need anything done. I appreciate them very much and pray they will be with us a long time. And the maintenance man is very professional and he fixes things fast and also have a smile for you l like that because l am a friendly because it pays to be nice. I really staying because it nice and it home. I feel safe here.

I visited the complex in reference to being a potential tenant, Erica was Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, answered every question I asked. She showed me an available unit which I loved and was prompt with instructed me how to do an application I would definitely recommend this property!!!

Here are photos of our "move-in ready" apartment after we had already picked up our keys and paid our deposit plus first month's rent. Missing drawer in the bathroom, missing faucet in the bathtub, chewed up windowsills and torn window screens, food crumbs and dead bugs all over the floors, but the kicker was the mold and bug covered dishes STILL IN THE DISHWASHER from the last tenant. So glad my husband thought to open the dishwasher! Please note, we paid our deposit two weeks in advance which was plenty of time to clean the space...or at least empty the dishwasher. After we luckily got out of the lease, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone via call or text about our pending refund for an entire month. Have lived here for about 8 months, They will cheat you out of as much money as they can, $200 fines for having a grill on your patio, Won’t take responsibility for pre-existing problems that have been reported, won’t properly fix your apartments problems, Want to charge $400+ a month more after the lease ends even after speaking with management about leaving. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

I am usually not the type of person to leave a review, but when I feel the need to give credit where it is most certainly deserved, I most certainly will! Taking the time out to “shout out” the property manager, Brandon, here at the Easton Apartments. I honestly haven’t had any serious issues since I’ve became a resident, and with property managers such as Brandon, this is certainly key! My most recent experience consisted of me experiencing some issues with my heating system. I simply submitted a maintenance request, and contacted emergency maintenance. When I tell you, they were on it, THEY WERE ON IT‼️… extending a special Thank You to the emergency maintenance manager as well. Inclusively, the team worked together, and they were able to get an HVAC technician out to my unit ASAP! I me
