If I could give ZERO stars I would. My family lived there from April 2024-July 2025 and it was the worst experience ever. Very bad bug/roach infestation. I was literally calling for pest control 3-4 times a month. They also have a rodent infestation. They are living in the walls. We caught a total of 3 RATS not mice while we lived there. All the did was patch the holes they assumed they were coming through. The bait boxes on the side of the building are clearly just there for decoration. Wouldn’t recommend to a dog!

Horrible mice infested apartment. Worst place I ever stay at. They never fix things correctly. Maintenance is a joke. You will have bugs, water leak, nasty filters they never change. Expect your air to go out ever summer. My money order was stole from their office before and they made me pay it back. Run down apartment, need to shut down. Thank God I got out of these horrible living conditions.

Different strokes for different folks my GMA has been over here for 8 years . We have not had roach issues . Pest control does come here and there . Or when you request it . I see in these reviews they speaking on everything but how reasonable the rent is how affordable it is !!!!! These aren’t new apartments so what did y’all expect . We havent had the mice issue . Never had an issue with lady up at the front office . Maintenance is okay with me they come when needed . It all depends on how dirty your neighbors are . Our neighbors are clean and we’re clean . Give them they props never had a break in police are always on point !!! All I see is negative speak on the positives

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I just recently moved in and now realizing I should've chosen a different place. The women in the leasing office don't want to help you or even do their jobs. I needed to set up my tenant portal, I gave them a call so they could give me my information. She made it seem like I was wasting her time and eventually did a fake call drop and hung up on me. I immediately called back TWICe but no one answered. Ives already counted 8 roaches and I've only been there for a week. The hvac unit is covered in mold, same for the painted over supply grills. Two of my interior doors are unable to close due to their "landlord special" the list goes on honestly. I’d give no stars if possible. Roach and flea infested. Power constantly goes out. Heaters go out in winter. Pest control stopped coming. Appliances leak and break down. Cigarette grease from previous tenants are all over the walls. somebody stole the lugnuts off our car and our tire popped off on the highway. Bug infested-broke down apartments. Landlords never fix anything. They kick people out left and right
