TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! Stay far away!! Do not buy ANY houses from eastalnd partners! They are the worst! They poorly built these houses with rush and no care. Within a month the floors upstairs are all creaking, moving and not leveled what so ever! There are parts where the floor legitimately feels higher than the other. My kitchen floor near the island makes this TERRIBLE creaking noise & the heating system come to find out are all messed up. They dont respond when you put in a claim for warranty, & if they do schedule with you they NEVER show up. What a shame to spend 800k plus for a house and not even get good quality build

The “grass” area around my mom’s unit #17 Horizon Drive Millbury Ma is non existent. It was seeded last fall and completely washed out. Now it is just rocks and a few blades of grass. Eastland has informed the HOA that they will not redo it. This is poor customer service and completely unprofessional.

Hello all, looking for quality construction for their homes. Look else where. These are some issues I have faced/facing with them. 1. The window sills always sticking to whatever we put on the sills. We were told that it was due to humidity within the house. But that issue was never resolved. 2. The dryer vent just being left unplugged in the attic, causing all the lint to blow into the attic. 3. Being lied to about being able to add a patio for the walkout basement. We were told we could get one put in after closing but now we are left with a lot more hoops yo jump through before we could put one in. It now seems that we cannot put one in without getting lawyers involved and additional fees paid. 4. we were never told about there being a public walkway behind my house. I am sure they put

We had a seamless transaction with this team. We closed on our house on the exact day that we were given at the beginning. The guys we worked with were fantastic. Dan (the project manager) is professional, and accommodating. Our home is beautiful! I would recommend this team to anyone looking to build.

My wonderful husband, Al, passed away on June 8, 2024. He and I have had many positive interactions with the Project Manager of this condo development. He has always responded to our warranty requests professionally and promptly. He has been consistently pleasant and willing to answer questions and offer help.
