Eastgate Apartments Richardson

I lived here for 3 years and my experience was good. It's a place to move into if you are trying to get back on your feet. The manager Vangie is really nice and always trying to help in anyway she can.

I lived here about 6 yrs from 2004-2010 (13- 19 years old) and my experience here was great! I'm 30 now and have since moved to Atlanta, GA as a business owner(salon & barbershop); yet thinking back on this place still brings a smile to my face. PROS: The build quality maybe because of the age of the apartments was the most sturdy and soundproof build I had experienced(even compared to new apartments). You could hardly ever hear your neighbor next door. The rooms were a nice size and there was a lot of closet space even in the hallway. If you are a person who likes to cook there's A LOT of counter space to prep food and cook. Richardson is a very affluent area with great schools, parks, food and local entertainment but it can be pretty expensive; so this place made it affordable for my M

First moved in its was ok they just painted. Later we find out theres mold. Landlord is rude and unprofessional. She sends maintenance to come and acquire about your rent. There's very little privacy so everyone knows your business. Thin walls and flooring, neighbors complain all the time. Wish I never moved here.

This place is horrible it is roach infested has black mold and bed bugs and they don't do anything about it the landlord Vangie tells everyones business to everybody

Poor property maintenance. Bad manager. Nosey neighbors. No privacy. Noisey day and night.
