I lived here with a roommate and cat for 3 years for college and had a great experience. It was a great deal with a large apartment and very friendly and responsive staff. Overall, the amenities were fairly modest with a small gym and shared laundry but still nice.The maintenance would always resolve problems within a day to a week. When there were security issues, they hired guards and installed cameras, which shows they are working to improve the community. It is near a park and is very close to campus. Only downsides could be that the road nearby has busy and louder traffic, and it would get quite warm inside in the summer unless the AC was cranked.

9/24 Edit: it appears that the rain water flooding issue has been addressed, and I have removed the pictures from this review. --- I'm gonna be honest about my experience here. The property managers are very kind and responsive, they've been very helpful and act quickly when things need addressing. The maintenance guy too is very kind and works very hard. Also my neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly. However, my building floods every time it moderately rains. It pours in from the laundry room windows and into the hallway. I've lost count how many times this has occured. It never reaches my unit personally thank goodness, but I'm deeply concerned for the foundation of the building and the possibility of mold, especially since this building does not have any vents. A friend and I lived here for a year. Quite a nice place! The parking lot can be a little busy, but there is always parking somewhere in the complex. The leasing office team is also always there to help, and I appreciate the professionalism AJ and Jordelle show their tenants. Thanks for a great place!!

I have been leaving here for 6 months and have thoroughly loved it. Maintenance is fantastic––they respond quickly to any complaints. No issue with neighbors, who have all been kind!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. The apartments have security at night and the parking is free for guests too(only park in the guest lot). Very happy that I lived here for as long as I did and would continue for much longer if I wasn’t moving out of state. Once again, if you have any problems, talk to the staff, they’re very helpful! Wish they managed more properties in the area considering how bad apartment complexes are around here.
