Eastbrooke Apartments

Very attentive management! Taylor answered any questions I had during my move in and stayed in touch during the whole process. Any concerns I had was addressed promptly. The apartment is clean and updated.

My husband and I have been here over 5 years. We have wonderful neighbors, beautiful community. Dawn the manager and the maintenance crew are awesome. The grounds are well maintained, snow is always shoveled. We have never had an issue. It feels like family here.

I lived at Eastbrooke for 3 years and I enjoyed it. Office staff is great, Dawn went above and beyond! Whenever something needed to be repaired, it was done so in a timely manner! Maintenance was great! My son loved the pool! I would definitely live there again!

I lived at Eastbrooke for over 8 years. During that time, I moved from an apartment on the 1st floor to an apartment on the 2nd floor in a different building. If you're looking for a place that doesn't have a lot of crime, is convenient to 696 and 94, is very competitively priced, and has mostly friendly neighbors, you'd be happy here. Dawn is the current Property Manager and I've never encountered an issue with her. She seeks to make Eastbrooke a cozy and inviting place to live and is good at working difficulties out with you if you're honest and respectful. Maintenance requests are often addressed and completed in less than 24 hours. Bottom line- Eastbrooke was my home for over 8 years and I'm thankful for that. EXTREMELY pleased with my stay here for a year. The staff in the office is amazing, very friendly and very responsive. Maintenance is excellent, very good guys and respond very quickly for maintenance issues. Quiet area, no problems at all. On top of that great price. Thank you for the amazing stay Eastbrooke!
