My first thought here was sticker shock! Rents are very high in VA compared to NM. I owned my home in NM and the other shock has been half the quality of housing for twice the amount of my former mortgage! That said, the staff here work hard and do their best within a limited budget to keep tenants comfortable and happy. The shower and toilet were not working correctly when I moved in and maintenance got right on it and repaired the toilet and replaced the shower head. The leasing office staff have been kind and professional, and when I showed Felicia the poorly functioning and rotting metal closet doors, she immediately got the contractor to measure and give a quote for wood closet doors that open and closed correctly. I lived in this apartment for about a year and a half, and it was a very disappointing experience. The building is old, the heating system is uneven that the room is still cold while the living room is hot, and the sliding doors were so worn out that one even fell off. Because my unit was partially below ground, I constantly dealt with bugs. I also reported a strong mold smell, but maintenance dismissed it after barely checking, and I ended up needing medical care because of it. The biggest issue was the management’s lack of communication. Unless it was about renewing my lease or collecting payment, they rarely responded. I was not getting apartment notices, maintenance once entered my unit with no warning, and even after sending several emails and visiting in person asking why, I never r

My experience with Rael was amazing she is the most kind and amazing person she made the moving so chill, she made everything smooth, simple, and even enjoyable. I’m truly glad I got to meet someone who can turn a stressful task into something effortless. She’s an amazing person, professional, and truly great at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone moving to East Meadow she’s the best to work with.

I’m considering moving to the area in the spring of next year. I did a tour of the property; I like that the property was kept up and clean. You all have an awesome property manager working there by the name of Felicia; with all the questions that I had she was very knowledgeable. To include she made me and the family very comfortable with our concerns of moving until the area She’s Great at her job there! I wish we could move there yesterday. I had a great experience touring the apartment with Josseling. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and easy to talk to. From the start, she was very transparent about all the fees and made sure to explain everything clearly so there were no surprises. I appreciated how open she was—she took the time to go over all the details and answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. It really felt like she cared about helping me make an informed decision. Overall, she made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Definitely one of the best tour experiences I’ve had!
