Gina in sales is amazing to work with! We liked to go to the house to see the progression and she was always friendly and met us to make sure to answer any questions we had or address any concerns! Shelby and Antone were the best GC and PM that we have ever worked with! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and not only are they all professional but so very friendly! When we purchase another home it will be through Alta homes!

Shelby made the experience easy for us because she addressed all the concerns we had about the house. The whole process was nice and easy, and we got a gift basket at the end which was a nice touch.

Shelby and the rest of the team really seem like they are the customers advocate for getting the project done correctly and on schedule. All the subcontractors were very good and very professional. Shelby communicates quickly and to the point. She makes sure the subcontracts are doing high quality work so you don’t have to. You know people are working hard and know what they are doing when a plan comes together so smoothly. If I build again I want to do it with Alta homes.

I wish I could say that I am as well pleased as some of the other reviews which have read. While in all honesty I do like the overall look and feel of my home when it comes to attention to detail a lot of things fell short. Molding too high from the floor, paint over spray and some exterior trim wasn’t even painted on top. In some of the interior walls the tape and mud work was not smooth in well. Now let’s get back to the outside, the fence was poorly constructed; we already had to replace it after only about 10 months and one of our neighbors had to as well. And our front yard was improperly graded and holds water around water meter box and Alta homes has been slow to resolve this issue.
