They don’t respond to messages through zillow even though theyre active. When you call the number it will send you a link to schedule, then when you open it will say nothing available. So then I called thinking I could get an associate on to schedule. The associate says yes we can schedule just give name, number, and email.! So I did then he says I have emailed you a link. Im like thas not what you said, you said if I give you my information we can schedule… you lied! If i knew you were going to send me a link again I would have stated it doesnt work. He did confirm the listing is still up and told me to call back to speak to a different associate. I said well cant you just transfer it, he said I cant do that. Im like okay so you cant transfer calls, you can’t schedule, and cant help but I

I moved out of my unit with East Coast Real Estae Group in June 2025. I had a move out cost of around 365.00 dollars remaining after they took out my security deposit. I never received any further communication. I then received notice from a debt collector in October 2025 that I had almost 5,000 sent to collections from a debt collector. I tried contacting ECREG to find out what this debt was and everyone I spoke with on the phone could not provide a straight answer. The closest I got to an answer was that I have 4,000.00$ worth of charges added in September, but I moved out in June. I asked for a letter detailing this debt and never received anything. Now this is sitting on my collections report as unpaid debt. Horrible experiences while I was renting. No one ever answers the phone. Even
