The best property management experience. On a personal note, the owner was thoughtful and considerate on my situation as we discussed some challenges I had getting my place ready for the rental market. His staff stepped up and helped take care of things to ease my mind. Communication was always quick and clear. Additionally, they use a website that’s awesome to track expenses and income, which made tax year a win.

They have lost my payments and the only time they want to charge you a renewal fee is if they raise your rent and if you don't sign it in time they want to charge you more.They have raised the rent every year.went to pay and the woman took the cashier check and when she gave me my receipt she gave me my check back had to go back in and give it back to her. The last time I paid she snatched it from me.

In the past I have had some real nightmares leasing properties with management not getting to concerns in a timely manner including when my family and I had gotten flooded out of our apartment due to a storm and was left homeless and they did nothing but drag their feet getting the apartment livable again.
