Eagle's Nest Apartments

Left a voicemail a week ago to schedule a showing, no one called back. So I had to schedule showing online which the appt was scheduled for today and no one showed up, office never answered the phone. Follow up from previous post: Dominique emailed to inform me that the office was closed for Presidents Day, although the online system allowed me to schedule a tour on that holiday. At no point did anyone return my call. Per her suggestion, I rescheduled the tour for today. Unfortunately, once again, no one was present for the scheduled visit. The response from Eagles Nest has been to call the office; however, each time I call, there is no answer. I have now left three voicemails, none of which have been returned. Ms. Dominique Morris as the property manager, is doing an outstanding job with great relationships with the tenants. She pays attention to their needs& replies timely to all needs and emergency . Chris is excellent & takes great care & pride in his job. He handles all requests with great professionalism

The manager Dominique is very understanding & compassionate. She is very helpful, easy to communicate with & always suggesting new ideas to help improve the community. She has always helps me and has a kind heart.

Ms Dominique is doing an excellent job . I give her 6 stars . Chris is doing wonderful , he is the best maintenance man we have ever had here . I love this property.
