Lived here about 5-6 years They now charge for storage units and parking spaces as well. My bill shows up online as two storage units when i only have one when I went to complain they said their billing system is different from the one that shows up on the online portal so you can't even trust what you are being billed for unless you ask for their copy. Would not recommend the property for the price you have to pay, they will continue to find more and more ways to nickle and dime you and start charging for things that should just be included in the massive rent you have to pay for a building built over 50 years ago. My nephews and my sister in law have been here since 2024. I have to say every time I come over I see the community spend the weather and free time out doors. The amenities are very promising as well as the interior design. It’s very comfy and spacious! Makes me want to get my own spacious apartment here! There are college students who live here as well and as a college student myself.. it is very common around here to notice how respectful they are. As I observe, everyone is very focus driven to their own life styles. I am happy to leave every time knowing that my family is truly safe here! I do have to say the guys on-sight with the golf cars are always willing to help in time of need especially with car issues. They will do anything to help. I’d definitely recommend getting a feel

They made the application and move-in process seamless and continue to be responsive and supportive whenever I have questions. The maintenance team deserves just as much praise—every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly and fixed the issue with care and efficiency. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly and looking great. The entire community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. It’s clear that the staff truly care about the residents and go out of their way to create a positive living experience. Highly recommend!

The maintenance manager Luis Lugardo has been doing a great job at keeping the apartments in great condition. Hes also very helpful when you need him. It's a great community to move to. Close to West Chester which is a fun area to explore. Definitely worth it if you want a city feel without being directly in it.
