I absolutely love renting from this company! They are so kind, caring, and attentive to their tenants. Everyone that works there is amazing! Anytime I have an issue, they take care of it the same day, which really shows how much they care. These people have really went above and beyond for me. The staff is amazing all around. If you have an issue, it’s quickly and carefully resolved. Me and my wife were looking to relocate from Alabama so we put in our application and got approved we told them we had a German Shepard and was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. Called 3 times the first time the lady who processes the applications wasn’t there the second time she was in a meeting 3rd time she was on the phone. Finally talked to her and was told we were approved we asked if we could come down the next day to do our lease and was told yes at the time telling her we was coming from Alabama We drove 2 and a half hours down there to be told our dog would be a problem and that the boss wasn’t there to allow us to do our paper work. Was very unsatisfied with the lac of communication after telling them that we needed something ASAP due to the face that we had to move before F

My personal experience with this company was absolutely AMAZING!!! Christy was very professional, down to earth and fun. She was extremely helpful even when things got difficult she brought in Sonia, which was phenomenal, and they got my friend taken care of. I would highly recommend using them and I would refer any other family/friend of mine to them. Thank you ladies for making this such a simply, stress free experience.
