Eagle Crest Apartments

Just want to give a huge S/O to Wendy as well as Ally in the front office. They are both amazing, get my work orders processed quickly, always willing to work with you and go the extra mile, kind and welcoming. Wendy understands life happens and willing to work with anyone who communicates with her and Ally always waves to everyone ands so kind to the kids in the area. I’ve lived here almost 5yrs and can say since they began managing the apts they have made a true difference. Also Gary our maintenance man he is always thorough and hard working, he does what’s needed to make sure the apartments are clean and works hard on the upkeep of them.

I see a lot of people who have prior felony charges, or old felony charges older than 7+years and older. Living here. I thought it was awesome to see. People are getting a second chance in life to be able to live there. Then I found out after calling this place to get approval to rent an apartment unit from them. But I get told they do not felon regardless how old the convection are or how recent convection's. No felonies allowed period. No exceptions. I refuse to say names or names of people who had previous/past felony charges) convection's

So my experience in the three years I have lived here has not been a good one. First thing: after I had asked for my range to be replaced it took just over a year for that to happen. Also my apartment took a round from an AR 15 and if either of my son's had been walking past the wall that took that round and had been just about 4inches taller that round would have hit them in the head. Since those two incidence happend I have not been given a ground floor unit that I had asked for in the first place. Other people have had grievances over things not being repaired in their apartments. In a nutshell if you are still looking to rent an apartment at Eagle Crest apartments my advice would be to have an attorney on retainer and buy yourself a firearm,and be ready to go to war with the powers tha

My family and I live at Eagle Crest. We love the apartment and the staff that work here. Megan is great and she really cares for the residents. The maintenance is great as well, they are all friendly and helpful. The five years that we have lived here Megan has always been there for us and is always friendly and has a great smile. *Robert
