You get a warm parking spot in a garage. You do not have to open your front door in the snow. Heat is included. Stainless steel appliances. The apartments have made drastic changes to the type of people they accept here. It has been a big decrease in people breaking the rules. You get a notice immediately if you are in violation of your tenant agreement.

I enjoy it here! It’s not the fanciest, and there are a lot of kids and pets. I have kids and a dog so we fit in. The pet fee is high though. Nice small pool and small playground. Kids like the 1/2 basketball court.

The leasing agent I met was very nice and welcoming. More than willing to answer any questions I had while visiting. The three stars are really just for the price of the apartment compared to the quality. While it’s a fine apartment, I feel that the size of the hallways and the rooms, combined with the quality of the apartment overall just isn’t worth the price they are charging for it. If it was listed for $200 or $300 less it would be more reasonable. The other amenities such as the pool, grills, playground, and dog park are quite nice though.

We have been living here for about 2 months now and absolutely love it! The location is amazing, it's just a short walk or ride to a ton if great parks. The updated apartments are beautiful, as are the community amenities in the building. We are very excited to see how the courtyard area looks after the construction is done too! The package room is very nice and secure. All of our interactions with staff members and other residents have been pleasant. We have not had to make any maintenance requests, but I do not envision us having any issues when/if we need to. All in all, Eagan Place is a wonderful place to live, and I would recommend it to others who are looking for an apartment in the Eagan area.
