Eagan Gables Townhomes

This was a great spot before management sold to EIG Property Management in January of 2024. EIG got rid of our landscape crew and maintenance crew, and raised our rent. They imposed the max 8% late fee starting from midnight of the 1st, which I've never seen from a rental. They never hired a new landscape team and our garden beds and grounds look awful. I've contacted them multiple times and they assured a new team would be on it before fall, yet here we are. The closest person from their maintenance team is nearly 30 minutes away and it takes them a month on average to respond to any maintenance request. One of their team members got here (1 month later) to find we had already fixed the problem because we gave up on them coming and his response was "Yeah if you want anything fixed arou

Our experience has been great so far. Homes are in good condition, carpet was brand new, walls painted. Office managers are quick to respond and communicate well.

Carly in the office has gone above and beyond with being helpful during my application process. Cannot wait to be apart of this town home community in July! Update: After living at the Eagan Gables for 10 months, I am so happy with the living space. Everything is newly renovated, new stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, etc. Not to mention I have yet to hear a single neighbor through our shared walls. Any sort of maintenance request is handled promptly and efficiently. After renting in 6 other locations in my life, I have NEVER been happier. 3 YEAR UPDATE: 3 years later, we have purchased a home and are leaving Gables. The condominiums look very nice. I hope to live in that place in the future. I only cleaned that area and it seems like a quiet and relaxed place to live. If you like tranquility and getting away from monotony, it is the right place. Greetings

Great place , always communicates. Carly at the office is a fantastic person to work with along with Jennifer I love that all my questions get answers very quickly, and don't make you feel bad when you have a maintenance request. Very friendly place to live. Staff is great. The way a rental home should be!
