I rented a desk at Melissa's Dwellings office for 4 weeks in summer 2019. It was absolutely superb: A quiet place with lots of opportunity for getting deeply focused on my programming work. Melissa was very friendly and we both had a really good time. Hope to go there again :-)

I rented an apartment above Melissa's Dwellings office for three years and she is an excellent landlord and a compassionate and fair person. There was a tenant in the building who had many challenges physically, mentally and financially and Melissa went above and beyond to help this person. The building was kept in excellent condition and any property issues were corrected quickly. Highly recommend Dwellings Real Estate.

Zelle-friendly. Great upkeep and customer service by landlord(s), and maintenance. Berwyn rental location: Amazing bay-style living room windows. Right in the heart of Depot District Berwyn, near Metra, hospital, etc. Huge, long 2-bed room apartment unit. Vintage/historic building. Access to elementary and junior high from back court-yard. Many other amenities. Overall, landlord(s) is down-to-earth and considerate.

I rent a desk in the Dwellings office for doing remote work and have had a great experience. Private desk, shared conference room that can be reserved when needed, and friendly people.

We rented an apartment from Melissa for over a year. She was as fair and considerate of a landlord as a tenet can ask for. She was also very quick to respond whenever we brought an issue up.
