Dutchtown Manor Apartments

I have lived here for 7 years now and I honestly think I’ll live here for as long as possible. It’s everything! The tenant screening has to be awesome because there’s never signs of unruliness in the complex or a feeling of being unsafe. Everyone seems decent. Bob does a great job at maintaining the grounds and when there’s a need, it’s addressed promptly without having to jump through hoops. Stacey is AWESOME! Every concern is always addressed timely and satisfactorily and Elise is doing an amazing job! I do recommend this complex to anyone I know who needs a place to move to. You’ll not regret it.

Things started out rocky when I first moved in here, really didn’t feel like my needs for my apartment was met by staff until the lovely Cindy Aldrich (property manager) came in and started really caring for the issues I was having. Very understanding, communicates very well & super efficient. Everything I need it’s taken care of, all my emails are responded too immediately. None of my matters are over looked and that’s what we need for this complex. Someone who cares about what needs to be done without giving you an issue like I’ve experienced previously. She makes living comfortable here. Thank you Cindy

Yesterday I called in for a apartment search and got to talk to the most helpful and quick on her feet person. That'd be Cindy Aldrich, she was help full and well detailed on the property, knew exactly what I was looking for and would work best for me. I couldn't be even more grateful. Imagine calling around and having no one to help and there comes along Cindy who congratulated me into there wonderful apartment complex. Thanks again Cindy Aldrich for your wonderful help, can't wait to make myself a home. You gave me wonderful news today I'm more than happy!

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Cindy Aldrich, the Property Manager who has greatly assisted me throughout my application process. Cindy's warm and welcoming demeanor made my application experience significantly less stressful.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because this place deserves more. Very professional and extremely helpful, thank you Cindy. From the moment we called to inquire some information she was extremely polite, professional and very helpful. She helped us in every way possible to ensure we followed each step appropriately. My fiancé and I have called many leasing offices these past 2-3 weeks and every person we made contact with was rude and super unprofessional, we even had a few that had attitude when we asked questions. BUT NOT Cindy, she was quick to help and make sure we did everything correctly so that we would get approved for the apartment. Not only did she help us but we were able to find out the same day that our application was approved. I would highly recommend this place
