Carlos Duran is very very rude, we had made an offer on a property just for him to say “is this a joke”. I do not understand but that’s maybe because I didn’t go to College for 8 years to become a licensed realtor, but I know what customer service looks like and I can’t help but wonder how many people he has over charged on a property just because he’s one of the first to purchase it at the auction block or make matters worse buy it off of someone’s misfortune on taxes. Hopefully he can turn his life around and be saved by the grace of God and help get his eyes opened to the fact that we all weren’t born will a silver spoon. I don’t mean to rant but I hope he reads this and does his homework on the properties he is selling and can stand behind his commission on the sale to say I helped get
