Dunlop Farms Senior Apartments

What i like about living here is peace and quiet, no Stairs ,feel safe most times had a peeping Tom 4 times that I seen myself , outside is well groomed love the Courtyard where I live. What i don’t like about living here is the high Rent is outrageous for Retirees living on Social Security, the Siding on my end Apartment has not been cleaned in the seven years I been here, the Carpet did not get replaced before I moved in and it needs to be replaced very badly , it’s just not going to happen while I live here, that’s very wrong , your Tenants should be your priority.

Dunlop Farms Senior Apartments is a wonderful, safe, community. Apartments have courtyards of beautiful flowers and azaleas. Nice clubhouse with TV and kitchen. I love being able to walk in a safe area with few vehicles. I also love that I have grocery, pharmacy, hardware, florist, nail salon and pizza leaa than a half mile away.

When I first looked for Dunlop on line it said the rental range was from $625-$750. So, I went by yesterday to pick up application. Maintenance Manager showed me a 2-bedroom apartment and gave me application. There was also an attachment to the application saying rent was $960/mo. The apartments are not worth that amount. They are small and cramped. Do not be a sucker...Seniors do not even think about renting at Dunlop Senior Apts.

Since new company bought here things have gone down. Very seldom can u get more than a recording. The rent has increased and things aren't getting done when u turn them in for repair. I have lived here for a number of years and will be moving when lease is up.

no one ever answers the phone, returns a call or is at the office. Very difficult to try and get someone there, I have been trying for months.
