Dunbar Builders

Overall, we had a good experience with Dunbar Builders. We did have a major glitch at the beginning of the building process but we worked it out. Patrick was very easy to work with, the sub-contractors and vendors were generally reliable, the vendor allowances were very fair...and we ended up with a nice home. It was built within our budget and within the designated time frame.

Dunbar Builders did a screen porch addition to our home earlier this year. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work. It was done in a timely manner and within budget. Patrick was very easy to work with. We would definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with the Dunbars while building our home in Timberlake Estates, Chapin, SC. They did a beautiful and meticulous job and were a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our wishes, kept us informed, and went very far to help us with snags along the way, which will inevitably come up when building a truly custom home. They are honest and knowledgeable and we are so glad we partnered with them to build our home.

I ask for a estimate for a 16'x22' garage to be built and this crazy man gave me one for $70,000 which is down right Crazy I am a contractor but can't do the work because of medical reasons. I don't know what he was thinking but that price is over Three times the cost for that size garage
