I had a great smooth experience with Drude rental getting my first apartment!!, Ms Cristal was amazing so kind and helpful with everything she made the process of getting my apartment very wonderful!! So grateful for Drude rental and Ms Cristal!! Oh and the apartment is just fabulous!! So blessed thank you guys for everything!!! (Highly recommend Drude rental and MS CRISTAL!!!!!!!!)

They are very respectful and so nice to deal with when you need a repair or maintenance in the property they are quick all the staff they are very friendly respectful 100% recommending rent with Drude rental

They were really helpful and exceedingly nice people. They were all extremely professional & I felt very comfortable. Hilary is an absolute sweetheart & so understanding & she made me feel so good to be moving into one of their properties.

I’ve been with Drude for two years and never heard a peep from them. They have great properties in places, but they can also be slumlords. I’ve never been late on my rent, and in return, they never check on us and are generally reluctant to help. At one point, every house around me was abandoned and I started having rats on my property. I set out traps and let them know I needed an exterminator. They told me after a while that they “couldn’t keep sending people out here” and I was appalled. I paid for the issue myself and bought a house to get away from these people and those like them. I can’t say this is true for all of their properties, but if you ever need their help, they will take your money and remain silent. Be prepared to take care of yourself and get no slack from their office.

If I could give no stars I would. I rented from them and everything was going fine until I moved. They tried to deny me my deposit which I they had no right to. The staff had was extremely rude when I requested my money. I was polite in my request and even while the staff was giving me attitude. I dont understand why it's a big deal for them to return my deposit when I have every right to it. They really need customer service skills classes.
