Dripping Springs Senior Village

This apartment community is filled with residents that care. You can tell when you drive through it. You don't see one piece of trash on the property. Which mean the maintenance man is also doing an amazing job.

I moved into these apartments almost 2 years ago, and I absolutely love it here. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, Matt, the maintenance man, is always here to fix any problems, even during the holidays! He came during Christmas time because my apartment had water all over the floor. The office staff, especially Regina, is very nice and always listens to any concerns I have, such as the gate not working for months! This is my forever home; I’m close to all of my children and grandchildren.

So, full disclosure, I've never been here in the capacity of needing their services or knowing anyone who uses them. What I can comment on it the physical place itself. Firstly, the main road the entrance connects to is decently long, keeping the residents a bit off from traffic noise and the like. The area is a gated community, so that's nice. The residences within the gate are quaint little places, duplexes mostly (not sure if there are more or less or if it is strictly duplexes). Neat little yards and covered parking for residents. Not a lot of guest parking that I saw, but I wasn't really looking. Biggest complaint: The road throughout the buildings winds around in a big loop, starts at the gate and ends at the gate. These apartments were so beautiful and well maintained upon opening more than a decade ago. My parents who were divorced each moved into a gorgeous brand new apartment of fairly decent size of which they were so proud of. The apartments are surrounded by a lush wooded area where wildlife still romes, and deer are spotted frequently. They also offer a clubhouse in which there is a hairdresser, computers, and other amenities. Sadly, as with anything not cared for it can start to lose its luster. The management changed hands several times some of which was a poor choice, resulting in the decline of these apartments. The serenity is not like it used to be, now it's almost normal to hear a "visitor" come through basing their car loudly at any hour of the day. Hopefully one day it is again hand

Raised the rent on disabled old people, Towed neighbors relatives car during Thanksgiving holidays, plumbing flooded several apartments due to maintenance employees not answering or returning phone calls, occupant had to pay for a ceiling fan to be installed, no maintenance available was the excuse!
