We recently purchased our new home from Drees and we are very happy with the quality work of Drees. Kevin Munoz is knowledgeable and professional, buying a house can be very stressful but Kevin was very helpful throughout the building process of the house and he kept us well informed about each and every little detail. We started out Drees journey towards the end of 2020. Even though we are at the beginning stage of our journey, I must say Kevin Munoz has been not but amazing. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. We are extremely excited to have him during this process. We cannot wait to build our first Drees home. Kevin is the guy you need when looking to build your home. I like the fact that he’s very honest. I wish there was a way to give him more than 5 stars ⭐️.

DO NOT PURCHASE WITH DREES if you want a fully sound home. I have structural issues with my new build (Aug 2022) to include my bump out literally trying to twist off from my house. Drees told me it is cosmetic. They offered me $5k because they believe that this is all the damage is worth. Then they went on to say this is on me. They said this because I did not follow proper channels despite being told to contact my POC throughout the one year warranty.
