The community of Rockwood immediately captured my attention. I appreciated the greater topography and abundance of trees compared to other neighborhoods. The lot sizes are notably larger than those in the communities we visited, and the open space between neighbors creates a sense of privacy and breathing room, prioritizing space over cramming as many homes as possible onto smaller lots. All the money advertising wasted if the people you put in the model to greet prospective buyers is too busy on personal calls to bother with pesky buyers. We live in Hurst. Have a lot deposit on a 3rd build in a wait status so we have time to shop for other potential homes. We drove 30 minutes to view Rockwood. Checked out Coventry a week ago. Decided to drive back to see what Drees offers this past Friday. No other humans in sight but us, and whomever was house sitting the Drees Model.
