DRC HOMES/ DRC Construction LLC

Hired them after Harvey to rebuild our home. The house was already gutted except for the ceiling. Long story short we paid them 10,000 dollars to gut our ceiling because they promised a credit for the rebuild. Meaning they were billing the insurance for the total work done that volunteers from churches and friends helped us with. When we changed our mind and decided to sell they wanted another 5,000 from us fo a letter saying we had 0 balance so we could sell our house. They wouldn't give us the letter. They said they would give us credit and they were just taking advantage of our flood insurance. Also I left a review on their old account on Google but they keep deleting and making new ones.
