Update: I am 8 months in. From the time I signed my contract, picked my lot, went to the design center to make my choices, it has been phenomenal. I had been looking for a 55+ community for awhile, I happened upon RHM via a google search. I absolutely love this community and my home. My entire experience with DRB has been fantastic. I had found 2 other choices (Fredricksburg & LaPlata) There is NO comparison. 3rd time was definitely the charm for me! RHM is all that and more.
We have been at Rosehill Manor for over a year. Enjoying the friendly community and beautiful surroundings. Our house is very comfortable, large backyard surrounded by trees.
If you want things to start cracking from everywhere even after they fix it and have weird uneven stair where you can not even put stair gates for your children, this is the place to build with!!!!
I really think people are going to love living here.
