DRB Homes Northfax West

I am a Northfax DRB homeowner. Overall, DRB is a decent builder, and I am glad I purchased my home, but there is room for build quality and warranty improvement. The front porch canopy was unmounted, scratched, and incorrectly remounted by DRB trades while repairing a short-circuit front porch light. After several months and many emails, DRB ultimately fixed the canopy structural and alignment issue. However, the end result did not meet the original build quality. DRB trades used enamel-based spray paint over the existing powder-coated finish, which created an uneven, cheap-looking appearance and reduces curb appeal. I had the pleasure of working with Talia while helping out my family-friend through his home search, and she was so wonderful to work with!
