Update from May....still not done... when after calling carports and warranty management multiple times. My warranty request still hasn't been completed since January. Do not buy from this company. They have built over 25 homes since I put in this request and still haven't finished my warranty request. I hate this company. They have no morals or value. I've lost so much money taking off work and they no show without calling. I've paid people to house sit for repairs and they no show because the warranty department dropped the ball and didn't pay invoices. The invoice I signed was only alot $1,200. This is a billion dollar company. How hard is that to pay. And they still can't come back to complete it. They dont return emails. I emailed Friday.....still nothing. 2 weeks of my home looking

Along with terrible customer service in the warranty department, which took almost 2 years for them to fix. We all know they use the cheapest contractors. So definitely not getting the best quality of work. Doing some remodeling, check out the picture, you got to love their definition of insulating an exterior wall

July 2020 update: I had to pay over $3,000, out of pocket, for something the builder clearly did wrong and would not take ownership of. I bought a property in Chelsea Station, back in May of 2018, that was built in 2014. I noticed that the builder placed the exit drainage pipe right into my backyard and it floods it all. The lack of proper draining has also caused erosion by mine and my neighbor's fence. I contacted the warranty department and was told it's "an exclusion of warranty" and to find a landscape service that would make a "repair or modification" to my liking. There's no ownership to their poorly built drainage setup, there are woods close by and even a city drainage they could have placed the exit drainage pipe at.

Horrible. They do not respond to warranty request timely. I've nearly begged them on multiple occasions and followed up with them(not ther other way around) to complete my warranty request. It was put in January. As of today 5/11/2018 it has not been completed. My backdoor is not finished and broken with a floor destroyed due to water damage. They gave me a dry rotted backdoor. I've contacted management onsite and management in office. It still has not been completed. This is my first home and I've been lied to from the beginning. I come from a poor neighborhood and was attempting to give my family a beautiful home. Instead this has been a horrid experience. I stay in Timberline. This is supposedly one of the best community's established. Instead from January until now I've see 25 home
