1* because Google doesn't let you choose zero. These people will not inspect the property prior to you signing, but hold you to the letter of the lease and charge you for things they left out of place from before you took over. While you live there, they will decide when they want to come inspect the property and take photos of your shit and if you don't follow their rules about that to the letter and decide not to inspect, they'll charge you $100 to reschedule their "15 minutes tops" inspection. They did get our heat turned back on when the furnace died- but I suspect that was entirely the property owner's doing not these slim lord "property managers". Got 1/6 of the security deposit back and they charged me for shit they left in the property because it wasn't reported in my inspection bc

I have called Drew and Rhonda 4 times left voicemails and emails and have gotten nothing bad. This is a very urgent phone call which I told them my situation and they still can't pick up the phone and call me back.

I have rented from several companies in the past couple of years and they all have been greedy corporations who have no regard for their tenants. However, these past few years, I rented from dorfman and they always responded back to me when needed. I just recently moved out and honestly didn't leave the place in the best condition. They fixed everything and sent me back a check with a itemized receipt of what they fixed and gave me a check with the rest of my security deposit without me even asking. I know that should be what every company should do, but it's hard to come by nowadays. If i ever rent again, it will be from them. Thank you Dorfman.

First off they did a a bait and switch the price online was $1450 then after I applied they switch the price and offered my money back. I said I would still apply only to be denied for income when I make 3 xs the rent. They don’t answer the phones at all. Just a bad experience not to mention they asked if any other adults would be in the house as they do random Inspections. If there were any other adults I would have put them on the application. Seemed a little racist to me. Drew has no customer service skills and was very dry no personality.

Because I haven't signed a very restrictive one year lease, I have to hand deliver my rent in the form of a bank cashier's check 🙃 and then drive all the way downtown to hand deliver my payment each month. Repair requests drag on far too long and in the meantime my electricity bill skyrockets because the decision to use a less than efficient heat-pump for this climate cause the unit to run non-stop trying to maintain a 68°temperature!!! The replacement windows and sliding glass door were requested early last Summer and now 7 months later this still hasn't been addressed!!
