Don Miller Real Estate Inspections 25 yrs.

EDIT: I got screwed by BSR LLC. They did not repair my HVAC, only refilled a leaking unit. I didn't know what was what at the time, so I'm asking questions from everyone involved. Maybe not Don's fault, but I didn't appreciate his rudeness and he hung up on me when I politely asked a couple questions in a situation I had no idea what to do. Review is not "wrong" it's honest. Next time, be professional (it costs you nothing🙂) instead of blowing up at customers. I'll even give you a star back since you do military discount.

Don saved me from buying a home that had horrible problems. He recognized the roof needed to be replaced, he found rot under the floor in multiple areas, and found a bad leak under the house from the main bathroom. I wish I could show all of the pictures and paperwork he did and how thorough he was. I will be using him for any inspections I need from now on. My favorite part about Don is he will not sugar coat anything and tell you how it is, cut and dry. If you are looking for someone to GUARANTEE you are buying a good home, go to Don. He will not let you down and his 25 years of experience shows.

Don Miller is an EXCEPTIONAL home inspector! He is EXTREMELY thorough. He gives very detailed reports that do not include a bunch of fluff. He will always be my top choice! He will even do some surrounding counties! If something is there that needs to be fixed, he will find it and include it in his reports. He is on time, pleasant, and he even stated that he has been doing this for many years (28 to be exact!). He is very willing to accommodate, and has even been flexible in doing a home inspection on the weekend. He is definitely a FIVE star inspector! (I would give more if I could).

I had to have another long term inspector come out on top of Don’s to further investigate an incorrect inspection of our home. He tried stating we had termite damage not knowing the termite inspector had come out the day before and stated on their report no termite damage or mold damage.
