Domain at Waco Apartments

I lived here for over a year and I have to say it’s such a great place. Maintenance is super fast and extremely efficient, very personable, and reliable. You hear horror stories about maintenance workers and apartments and for the maintenance alone you should rent here. Our fan was creaking a little bit for over a week I placed a low to medium priority request they had it done within 12 hours.

This review is solely for the most amazing shuttle driver! Ms. Kathy is not only always on time but never fails to make my day a better one. The best reason to sign at Domain!

I have had an excellent experience with Ms. Cathy, the shuttle driver. She has been amiable and reliable. She is of the several reasons that I am confident in my choice to move to the property.

My favorite thing about the domain is the shuttle service! It’s very 15 minutes and the driver is the sweetest lady. Ms. Kathy always greets me nicely and is always on time. She definitely makes my experience at Domain a lot better.

Move in 08/20/2025- our daughter’s new place was uncleaned, appliances were not in working condition. Carpets had pet hair and pet odors. We tried not to make a huge deal but did note conditions were unsatisfactory and emailed management . It wasn’t 100% unlivable but things needed to be repaired and as soon as possible. My daughter was comfortable with 2 of her roommates and wanted to move in. We moved our girl in but could not help driving home and feeling unsure and praying all would work out. Give this company a chance to make things right was our thought process. The next morning we called and went over our concerns. Manager came and walked the apartment and they started repairing things. We appreciate all! We hope to see more compassion and dedication from the onsite team! It’s stil
