I lived in a property managed by D&K for 1.5 years, and my experience was very good. It’s a nice neighborhood, and maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly. The staff are really nice, and Lindsay prioritizes tenant satisfaction. I would recommend the apartment complex to a friend.

Well apparently if you call for maintenance to check for a leak and they have to replace a water heater, the maintenance man can come in, replace the water heater, and then a well pump goes missing out of your laundry room. When you then tell the office that that well pump was there the day before he came, that pics were shown to them of it taken 3 weeks prior and you’ve lived here for 7 years and no one has ever stolen from your residence, the office then insinuates you’re a liar and the maintenance man that regularly goes to residents homes is never investigated. The office basically implied that someone walked up to my residence from 100 yards off the road and randomly came in and stole a well pump they didn’t know was there from my laundry room and that’s all said stranger wanted. D&K has been great to us! The property manager has been so friendly supportive and greatly helpful to our move here and finding the right unit for us. The maintenance team typically acts fast and doesn’t leave us without and always super friendly! Overall extremely satisfied with how everything has gone.

I lived in a property managed by D&K for four years. Over the past year things have got absolutely terrible. The property manager and maintenance team are absolutely horrible. You literally have to submit multiple requests and contact your property manager multiple times just to have simple repair issue resolved. They also are very rude and incompetent. The property manager has entered my apartment on multiple occasions without giving the required 24 hours notice stated in the lease. I’m so glad to not have to deal with this joke of a company anymore.

Posting this on behalf for someone else who lived at one of their properties. Absolutely horrible experience. Management and maintenance are totally incompetent and unprofessional. I would stay far away from this company, as they don’t take any issues regarding your health or personal belongings seriously. Living in compromised conditions for almost 3 years has ruined our lives and they can’t accept responsibility for their own actions and negligence. There is a clear lack of compassion and communication when it comes to this company. Do not live in any of their communities because they don’t handle maintenance issue with any quickness or solutions. They barely can respond to a simple work order or even respond to an email.
