⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Discovery at Space Coast. This was my first time going through the rental process in many years, and the entire team, especially my Leasing Consultant Maria Chamorro made it incredibly smooth and stress-free. From day one, I was always greeted with a smile, and it was clear that the staff genuinely love what they do. Maria made me feel right at home from the very beginning and truly went above and beyond, assisting me not only with the application process but throughout the entire rental process. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. When Maria was unavailable, Krista and the management staff were always eager to help, and Jessie Williams the Maintenance Supervisor has been incredibly kind and helpful

I CANNOT recommend Maria enough. As a younger girl looking for my own place, I was very scared! But Maria was EXTREMELY patient and kind!!! She answered all of my calls, texts, and millions of questions. She made the whole process super easy for me. She was also very quick to accommodate all of my needs. She made the whole application and move-in super easy. I appreciate all of her extra work when it came to me and my situation. I was very surprised at how much she was willing to help me. I would recommend that anybody looking to call this place home for them to go straight to Maria! I would also like to add that the location and buildings are beautiful, quiet, and safe. We have been calling the complex’s property management company - ZRS Management - and leaving messages since November with no response. After leaving a negative review on Google, tainting the property’s precious false image, we finally received a response from the complex asking us to come in to review refund options. The complex leasing team does not have a readily available email address, so I professionally emailed the leasing agent that caused this whole issue days ago to schedule a good time to meet. It’s been days and I still have not received a response. This behavior is appalling and honestly childish. I would give zero stars if I could... A complete nightmare from move-in to move-out My experience at Discovery at Space Coast was deeply disappointing and stressful from beginning to end. I lived there for one year, and I truly wish I had never signed that lease. From the very first day, it was clear how little this property is cared for. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty, the walls were stained, the unit clearly had not been properly cleaned, and the refrigerator did not work. One of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. I lived at Discovery at Space Coast for one year, and unfortunately it was the worst rental experience of my life. The apartments are extremely poor quality. If you live on the first floor, you will hear everything from the unit above you even normal walking and basic movement. The flooring is not real wood; it’s a thin, paper-like material made to look like wood, which only highlights how cheaply everything is built. There is also a serious water issue. The water often smells like rotten eggs, which is unpleasant and concerning. Common areas such as hallways and stairwells are consistently dirty, and on weekends trash piles up everywhere because residents leave garbage all over the property.
