🚨 PSA 🚨 FOR YOUR SAFETY THERE IS MOLD AND ROACH INFESTATIONS DO NOT MOVE IN💥💥💥 This place has been awful to live at, I will be listing why starting with 1. Mold. My neighbor 2 doors down had to almost immediately move into a hotel even though she’d just moved in because her HAIR WAS FALLING OUT due to a mold infestation. My neighbor in between said they’d walked in there and felt sick very shortly after. She’s also mentioned there being mold in HER restroom. I was told that there had been men walking into the townhouse later with HAZMAT SUITS AND MASKS 2. Roaches 🪳 at first I’d see a few roaches I didn’t like it but we see them. I talked to my neighbor next door to me to find out her apartment was INFESTED . They were nesting in corners crawling on her table every where to be found and

I was really nervous looking for a new apartment and when I met Ms. Salazar, she made me and my whole family feel at such ease. The apartments were beautiful and we immediately felt like we were at home. They felt like a home, not just a temporary place, which is exactly what we’re looking for. She was very knowledgeable kind professional, and I truly appreciate the time she took with us. We look forward to calling this place home And having such a kind Group of management staff helping us with our transition and just knowing that their kindness and professionalism are there to guide us and work with us.

Hi! I just moved in and we had a few issues with our unit but i would like to say that their maintenance team, Ray, was quick to fix it and he was so kind and friendly. He was able to help with anything we needed.

The townhomes are roach infested. I recently moved to this complex from up north with all of my furniture however within just 4 months there were roaches everywhere refrigerator, bathroom, closets and throughout the kitchen. The leasing office requested an exterminator and it only made the roaches worse. I had to throw all of my furniture away and kitchen appliances to ensure that I did not transfer the roach infestation to my next place. Also, no one picks up feces after their pets and there is poop all over the sidewalk and grass daily. Just a really nasty place to reside. Believe the reviews and Stay Away!
