A very good place to make home for students like me. 2 years was really good . Near to campus and bus stop. Most important, its has quite neighbourhood, thats hard to get in carbondale. Love the people arround.

Melissa has been responsive and very professional for us since we started living in the first apartment of Diederich properties. After a year, one of our friends chose to move out of city and we had to find another apartment with lesser bedroom and we still decided to stay on another Diederich properties' apartment. I heard criticism from few people about the management, but for us, they have been very responsive and supportive. It feels like home for me.

Melissa is honest and straight forward. I have had a couple of issues since I have lived here. Called Melissa and she took care of it right away. Apartments are clean and in a quiet area. Nice place to live.

Pathetic rental company, please be aware that Melissa, the property Manager is the worst manager I have seen. I rented an apartment for 5 years and left the place super clean without any damages. I even got the carpet cleaned and sent her the receipt of the same. She still did not refund me the deposit and never ever replied to my email. I also did refer a lot of friends who rented multiple units with them over years. This company doesn’t take into account any loyalty or honesty. This manager is a liar and do not fall into the trap of renting any property from this agency! I would give them a rating on a negative scale.

Honest & upfront - a lot of different rentals to choose from and Melissa handled our needs directly. Five (5) years here at same place and always when needed Melissa has helped out any way she could. Any issues and/or problems are handled very quickly by the Five Star Maintenance Team led by Greg. Would recommend again & again!
