Devonshire Village Apartments

This apartment complex has so many problems that could simply be fixed , light bulbs out , roof leaks , the heating and cooling system is horrible, the apartments reek of mold and mildew no matter what you do. The staff barely ever get back to you and they are constantly having water issues . I would not recommend living here unless you truly need a place on the spot temporary .

At one time it use to be a shopping place. Now they turn all the store into apartment and rent theme out for people to live in. It's so run down and not being taken care of. The who live there are super nice.

Literally is a little village. Cute set up way off the road. Seems nice

The place is a filthy.mold ridden nightmare. Been waiting months to get things fixed . The realty agent is a habitual psychopath liar. They raise the rent every year but make no improvements

New owners are terrible. Cant even call anyone. Infestations around here monthly. Moving out this week.
