House had both seller’s and buyer’s agent in the same office. It was listed as just shy of 40% larger than it really is. There were floor plans they supposedly made themselves with ‘exact measurements’. We were buying from out of the area and made the mistake of trusting them to have verified this information. If it had been a bit off we wouldn’t have minded but the reality is that the house size was inflated by 39.4% and those floor plans they provided? They used the nearly 3’ deep window sills and deep doorways to make it look like each wall was significantly larger than it really was which in turn made the house seem much larger than it really is. We had furniture custom made that didn’t fit and now we’re forc d to get ready to move again due to the house being too small, all because of

Homes are listed as coming soon and never put on the market to be seen before they are already listed as pending. I thought that wasn't allowed.
