I’ve been working with Dave for years and he’s always been courteous and professional. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
The realtor that you hire you sell your property should look out for you. My buyer revealed to me a conversation with MY realtor after settlement leaving me to believe my realtor was not looking out for my best interest, only the interest of his friend. I did not get the sale contract that I should have with full disclosure. The realtor that you hire and paying at settlement should advocate first and foremost for you only. If the buyer needs more representation or advice, they should hire their own realtor or legal rep for the transaction. The “buddy system” so to speak came in to play in this transaction. I would refuse to use this realtor again. Do your homework before hiring and signing a contract but sometimes you could get simply blindsided!
