Devon on Northgate Apartments

My leasing experience was beyond great. I had a few concerns with the apartment, but after meeting with Mrs. Keisha, the property manager, everything was handled promptly and professionally. She was amazing, very attentive, and stayed on top of all my concerns, getting them resolved immediately. I truly appreciate her dedication and excellent customer service. Thanks Devon Team I love being a resident!

Worst apartment, do not move here. I lived here for two years and there was never any carpet replacement or any real improvements, even though they raise the rent every time you renew your lease. The apartment also had leaks, humidity problems, and mold growing on the walls. When I finally decided to move out, they tried to charge me almost $500 for carpet replacement, which is something that should be part of normal maintenance. In total, they want to charge me almost $700. Very disappointing experience.

Quick on the maintenance work orders 😀, Friendly staff and up too date information about deals and events. We been here for 4 years and we're able to upgrade when they remodel took place.. thank you Devon for make are Family feal at Home...

NEVER — AND I REPEAT — NEVER RENT THIS PLACE. DON’T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND ENERGY HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. We moved to this apartment complex a year ago and had a genuinely good experience at first. The unit was nice, everything worked, and the environment seemed well-maintained. We even went out of our way to recommend this place to several friends — at least four other units were rented because of us, and we didn’t do it for money or referrals. It was an honest recommendation based on what we thought was a quality living experience. But that all changed when we decided to transfer from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom unit. We paid a $250 transfer fee thinking it would be worth it, but the moment we moved in, it became clear that this was going to be a comple
