They advertised a one bedroom for rent. They first told me it would be available on September 1st cause the person that is living in it would be out on August 31st then they said they had to do a eviction. And the person would be out September 30th. So they asked me to give them $ 100 to hold the apartment and asked if I could do a lease which I did and the lease would start October 1st. Now today September 9th I was told that they are going to court on September 16 to 17th and that is when the tenant that is still there would be told when to move. They also told me that it wasn't a rent issue it because of an illegal dog issue. The court magistrate could give the person 30 or more days or it could be sent to a judge which could take longer. They didn't and should not of put it on the mark

I'm a housing specialist, and brought my client to fill out an application, we where in a bind to find a house quickly. Not only where they professional, and moved his application quickly, but kind and attentive to my clients need. I have added them to my contacts to use with what ever clients that I see fit upon availability of their units. I may even rent from them myself...Thanks Liz, my client loves his place. These are horrible human beings. Building managers do not even answer the door. They will rent to anyone and many will threaten physical violence or have died on premeses due to drug overdoses. Maintenance is a hope and a dream. The Maintenance portal phone number tells you to contact building manager. See above. Awful people. Prooperty is POORLY maintained.

Great management. My Apt is so nice and quiet. I get up for work at 4am and I am able to go to sleep at 8pm if I want. Never had a problem with getting mantaince to come fix things.

By far the most awful landlord I have ever had. Leased for a year and had to break it for family medical reasons that involved moving out of state. They were understanding, gave us terms in which we could break the lease and not pay the entire 1.5 years worth of rent wewe had left, but when we got the security deposit back, they charged us an obscene amount for administrative work and ads (they used effing Craigslist for Christ's sake). Also their maintenance guy is the best person in the entire company. They overwork him with many properties and no other maintenance team members to help.
