In 2016 I moved at there Tesch location. It was an amazing one bedroom apartment!! In 2018 I needed a two bedroom because my son was graduating from high school and received a full time job with Northwestern. Wright Weber worked with me. This is truly a fully trustworthy company! I stand by this.

I don't live here but I had set up an appt to view an apartment here. I had the displeasure of meeting with Steve, one of the maintenance workers who lives in one of the units. On the phone we set up a time to meet the following day where he could show me a model apartment. I showed up at their office at the time we agreed upon and there was no one to be found. I called Steve again and when I asked if we were still on to meet so I could see the apartment. After a long pause he asked me "That was today?" That's only the beginning of the ridiculous unprofessionalism that is the people who work for this property. He said he would be over in a few minutes and then showed up in slippers and with a small dog who he couldn't control who was running all over. We walked through the apartment and c

There is a reason why they don't have any good reviews. I've toughed it out here for almost 5yrs dealing with issue after issue. Starting from faucets that never stop leaking, to paper thin walls that you hear people having sex through. I had so many noise complaints against the same neighbor that things didnt stop until I called the police! My car has been broken into yearly. Children are not allowed to play outside without property managers chasing them back inside. I've had my rent increased as many as 3 times in 1yr. Although I've been a great renter (no complaints from neighbors & perfect pay history) I'm still talked down to & belittled in conversation. There are so many better places out there, do yourself a favor & dont put yourself through this!

Great place to live. I have lived here for 6 months. Things get fixed quickly and management is very reasonable and professional. Great value! Also. It is quiet and right next to the a trail. (Great for doggie walks)

It's a great place to live. They have 1&2 bedroom, some of the two bedrooms have fireplaces. And you can plant flowers in containers on your balcony or patio.
