After raising concerns about icy roads and walkways, maintenance did come out and salt the community. The ice has since melted, and conditions are much safer. I appreciate management listening to resident feedback and taking action to improve safety for everyone, especially those walking outdoors. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. I am writing this review to help others. I am currently stuck in a lease. I just moved in this apartment complex on April 1, 2025. It is April 11, 2025. Upon moving in, there are missing blinds in our second bedroom. My dishwasher does not start although brand new. They will not provide me an ETA of when they will fix the dishwasher or provide the blinds that should have been here upon move in. They still have not provided my mailbox key and will not provide an ETA of when they will arrive. This is a typical task that should be completed before a tenant moves in. It is also typical for one to do a walk-through of an apartment and make sure all appliances work and all missing items are replaced before the tenant moves in. Additionally, the way they keep their property is absolutely filthy.

I scheduled a tour and was very pleased with the whole experience. Kassandra was punctual, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. The apartments were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Amenities were clearly shown and all my questions were answered without any pressure. Definitely one of the better tours I’ve had.

I've noticed a major shift in the community's atmosphere and have very good positive vibes since the new management came on board. The attention to detail is remarkable, particularly with keeping the trash area spotless. What's truly outstanding is the maintenance service; requests are being resolved within 24 hours. A huge thank you to the new team, especially Miss Jill, who is clearly managing the property with great skill. I'm looking forward to the day we see the automatic gates working and the gym open 24/7!"

Little to no communication, follow up, or notice. It's been over a week and the heater in my unit still hasn't been fixed. If I don't reach out to maintenance, in person on the property, I'm not notified of any progress of of order for 1 part that's supposed to fix the issue with the heater in my unit. Near to below freezing temperatures are expected again and yet, no concessions or further communication from the office staff or maintenance have been conveyed to me. Rent and the excessive erroneous fees are too high for these shenanigans when residents TRULY need assistance.
