Destination at Arista Apartments

Just moved out 11 months into a 12 month lease and I am so happy to be gone. There is absolutely zero security here. One night over the summer, a huge group broke into the pool area (as was a common occurrence). Someone got shot and I woke up at 1am to multiple cop cars and saw someone get wheeled out in an ambulance with a ton of blood on his face. Management responded so poorly to security concerns it was laughable. They had a “security guard” for about 2h/day for a week after this happened. I know of multiple residents that got a lawyer to break their leases due to this incident. Car break ins were also pretty common in the outdoor lots. Their mandatory $75/month internet provider is abhorrent and absolutely unsuitable for remote workers. We had 1-2 outages per month often lasting 12+

I never want to move again..I love it here! The staff is amazing, they genuinely care about you and have made my experience here so amazing! Shayla has reached out and checked on me multiple times since I moved in just to make sure I’m doing well and they even gave me a birthday card..how sweet. Aside from the amazing people it’s so beautiful here, apartments are new and updated and the community itself is always so clean. The pool is so nice and always well kept, it feels like you’re staying at a resort. 10/10 would recommend.

We came to tour the property and Shayla in the leasing office was extremely helpful and super kind. An excellent person to have as the face of a property. Although we didn’t choose to rent here, based on the warm reception I would absolutely come back and consider leasing here another year. In terms of the property, it is beautiful and well kept. When walking around before the tour, I noticed there were property staff walking around the property keeping it garbage and debris free. The apartments themselves are lovely and modern and we really enjoyed the amenities. We toured almost every complex in Broomfield and this is by far one of best.

I LOVE IT HERE!! I moved from a TERRIBLE apartment complex that was dirty, had awful management, leasing agents, and maintenance team. It was sooo refreshing coming to Arista and experiencing the complete opposite. If I ever submit a service request, the maintenance team is there first thing the next morning and go above and beyond to fix whatever it is and ensures me if the initial fix doesn’t work, they’d come back asap for a different fix. The leasing agents have been very responsive and accommodating and I honestly haven’t experienced any issues with anything since I’ve moved in. The gym is huge and nice, big pool and hot tub that’s open year round! All the people I’ve met in my building have all been very nice and the floors and elevators and everything are kept very clean. I normally don’t write reviews but after touring with Shayla I had to share my experience. She was so welcoming and went above and beyond showing me multiple different units to make sure I found the one that was right for me. She made sure to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and was overall super thoughtful and made the process so easy. Their apartments are so bougie and I have absolutely loved living here so far.
