We have had several turn key homes built over the years with nothing but headaches, the builder telling us we can't do that, etc... When I was referred to DTH and we attended Mike's seminar on building your custom home, we knew that we found the builder for our last home. The entire team at DTH are true professionals and made this process fun and unforgettable. From sales, to design, to build, the team we worked with loved their job and that is hard to find these days. I felt that we made some friendships along the way too. We love our house and have no regrets with any of our choices. If you are looking to build, this is your team. You will be happy you did!

Building with DTH was an exceptional experience. The staff made everything easy, and their VisionBuilt VR tool was a highlight. Walking our home in VR multiple times before signing the build contract meant we knew exactly what we were getting. It doesn’t make sense to us to build any other way. This experience was so positive that we are already on our second project with them.

My experience with Design Tech Homes has been 5 stars across the board. During Hurricane Beryl, our DTH designed home suffered significant damage from a fallen tree punching a hole through the roof over my wife's office and the covered front porch. DTH owner Barbara Feigin, contacted my wife and offered to repair all the damage for whatever insurance would pay. They handled the repair just like they did when they built our home two years earlier. There is no way I could have managed several vendors doing the necessary repairs for whatever insurance was going to provide. I actually think it would have cost twice as much.
