I called the business to express an interest in working with them selling my house. I asked for information such as how payments work and the individual told me he isn’t a real estate school. I called Exit Reality and they sent someone to my house immediately to address my questions. Lol Mathew is literally blowing up my phone now trying to yell at me for this review. Actually swearing and yelling at me. Man you need some work. Hahahaha!!! He called exit reality trying to interfere with them. They are glad to help me sell my house. Dude gets one bad review as a result of his own behavior and flips out like a child. How have you been in business this long?

If you need to sell a house or buy a house in the Fort Polk area I recommend using Derridder, LA Real Estate. The process is transparent from start to finish and Mr. Thompson works hard to make sure you get in the right place and that you know the other circumstances surrounding the area where you are planning on living. If you are moving locally this company makes the most sense, because its provides the use of a moving truck which can save you a significant amount. I rated this service as four stars because nothing is perfect, but if you want to make the process as painless as possible I would use this company.

Today, we closed on the sale of our Main St home and we’re finally relieved of the stress of trying to keep up both places! 🙌🏻 A big thanks to Matthew Thompson of Deridder La Real Estate, LLC for getting us there! There were some hiccups along the way but he stayed calm when I was having a hard time! Lol. The fact that he also own DeRidder Rentals was a bonus because he saved us a couple of times when we needed equipment quickly to do some unexpected dirt work before closing! 🙌🏻 Now we’re going to relax and figure out which one of his vacation rentals we’re going to take advantage of (another added bonus 🙌🏻) 😉!
