Ok had to add on to my review and get more detailed. Love this place. Leilani is such an amazing person always so pleasant to talk to. Recently added part.Right now I'm just renting but if I was to ever buy I'd def want to use her. I'm a military veteran and I'm renting near the base. Never had a problem with compass they were very easy to work with about going to see the property. Then I ended up putting the down payment on the place that day. Then signed the lease within the next week. I've been with them for lil over 6 months now. I've had to deal with them on numerous occasions cause the house wasn't lived in almost 8-9 years so there was alot wrong when I moved in. As a military couple we are very accustomed to dealing with rental companies and I can said confidently Molly is one of the BEST landlords we’ve ever had. She is not only understanding and flexible but so kind. We had to sign a lease prior to our arrival and she took time to do a virtual tour for us. She made our time in Louisiana better than we anticipated. If you’re looking for a rental property, I highly suggest Compass!

My family and I were tenants previously we are a military family . (Molly) specifically very hateful towards Black tenants disrespectful and is not truthful about deficiencies , changes rental agreement to accommodate deficiencies that were previously made before moving in , does not go by the original rental agreement that was signed ,does not respect tenants privacy, not understanding makes it a uncomfortable to have peace and live in home would not recommend if I could give a 0 for a review I would . Very hateful and disrespectful do not recommend.
