I absolutely love DPM! I’ve been a tenant going on about 4-5 years now. I tried a different rental company a couple years back, and decided to go back to DPM once that lease was up because I absolutely love them. Whenever I have questions, I get a prompt, genuine answer; and the same can go with maintenance. I can’t thank them enough for being affordable and approachable. They’ve also been a saving grace with affordable rent— they’re really great for college students looking into officially getting a place as well. I really appreciate this company and I’m excited to continue being a tenant for them! :)

I have rented from this company for the last 2 years. I love how attentive the property managers are. Repairs are often completed within the next business day or within the week. Any delays are communicated thoroughly in advance. This company feels like they actually care about their tenants.

Been living here for almost 3 years now and I love it! They are always so quick to respond and respectful. The guy that does our maintenance is always friendly and quick! The online portal is also very easy to use and convenient to pay rent or put in maintenance request. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to live in the Greeley area

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with Dependable Property Management. The online portal with email reminders makes paying rent easy, the office is always quick to respond to questions, and maintenance requests through the online portal have always been responded to within hours. The gentleman who does our maintenance is incredibly good and very nice.

Great place to rent from! Their units are very clean and always up to date. I've rented from many companies before and they are always falling apart and just bandaged up to hide the mess. I also like that their grass and yards are always well maintained, most rental properties are just dirt and look trashy. Over all they take great care of their properties inside and out and I highly recommend them, also very fair on prices!
