We were looking for a home in a small search area with limited inventory, and Denise kept tabs on every house we looked at--even those that were in contract--so that if a sale fell through or a price was lowered, we would be ready with an offer. When our search lasted longer than expected, she helped us stay positive and never made us feel like we were wasting her time.
