DeNike Realty & Property Management

I lived in a rental property Denike Realty manages for 14 months. Never once did I make 1 late payment. The home was kept in good condition and I did follow all of the requirements listed in the contract which includes having the home professionally cleaned along with the carpets professionally cleaned. Today is day 18 I left the property and I called to get status of my deposit and I was informed that I'm being charged for various things which includes having a unauthorized german shepherd at the home which was supposedly reported after I moved out by the lawn maintenance company. Please if you are in the market to buy or rent be careful of this company as they will say and do anything to retain your deposit. I have dealt with this company for about 4 years now and couldn't be happier. I have purchased three homes with DeNike Realty & Property Management and also use them in rental managing all of them. They are very knowledgeable of the real estate and rental market in the area. They are very informative, fair and very responsive to any of my questions and needs. Patrice, Christie, Trista and the rest of the staff there are better than I could've imagined. Highly recommended!!

We worked with Milinda Knollinger (with DeNike) for purchasing our home. It was a pleasure working with her. She was very helpful and responsive to our needs and questions. She seemed happy to show us a number of options to be sure she found the right place for us. And she went out of her way to attend to details on our behalf. We would highly recommend her.

DeNike Realty represents their clients in the most unprofessional and unacceptable manner possible. Effective client relations, and basic customer care will not be provided by this company. We have dealt with property management groups in the past, as both renters and as tenants, and none have been as inefficient and unprofessional as DeNike Realty. Standards most definitely need to be raised for this company, not recommended whatsoever.

Quite the crooked company but not surprising coming out of St. Cloud, FL. Expect high rent for unworthy property, fees and to never see your deposit back. Find a good property for rent or sale by owner if you value your time and expenses. I’m embarrassed to say I used their services and would never recommend to good folks.
